Council Approval Drawings: A full set of architectural drawings is required for council submission, including site plans and general notes.
Site-Specific Footing Design: We offer foundation design tailored to your specific soil test results (3 soil types are included in the base package).
Wind and Bushfire Rated Materials: Depending on your location's wind and bushfire classifications, additional materials may be required.
Energy Efficiency Report: An energy efficiency report is recommended for compliance and potential cost savings.
Finishes: Plumbing, electrical, guttering, downpipes, external and internal insulation/cladding, roofing, flashings, stairs, and decking are all additional considerations.
